1. Team SoloMid (TSM)

According to Forbes, TSM is the most valuable eSports team with a whopping $410 million valuation. The revenue estimates are at $45 million, with 50% coming directly from eSports. Founded in 2009, TSM is best known for dominance in League of Legends and Apex Legends. However, it also has several other rosters, including Valorant, Rainbow Six Siege, and Hearthstone.

2. Cloud9

Los Angeles-based organization Cloud9 is second in this list of the most successful eSports team. With a valuation of $350 million, Cloud9 made $30 million in revenue, with 70% coming directly from eSports. The team features in several games, including Valorant, Fortnite, Rainbow Six Siege, and Overwatch.

3. Team Liquid

The International 2017’s winner, Team Liquid, is the third most valuable eSports team valued at $350 million. 89% of the team’s revenue, translating to $28 million, comes from eSports. The Utrecht-based outfit participates in several games, including COD: Modern Warfare, Dota 2, Fortnite, PUBG, Valorant and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege.

The above are the most valuable eSports teams as of January 2021. Closing the top five list is FaZe Clan, which is valued at $305 million, with a $40 million estimated revenue. It’s followed by 100 Thieves valued at $190 million with an estimated revenue of $16 million. Other worthy mentions include Gen.G ($185 million), Enthusiast Gaming ($180 million), and G2 eSports ($175 million).
